Returns & Refunds Policy

You can cancel your order anytime within 30 days, no need to give a reason.

Just remember, you’ve got 30 days from when you got the goods (or from when someone you trust, who isn’t the delivery person, takes the product) to cancel.

To cancel, let us know clearly what you’ve decided.

We’ll get your money back to you within 30 days after we receive the returned items. We’ll use the same payment method you used for the order, and you won’t have to pay any fees for the refund.

Conditions for returns:

To return something, please make sure:

• You bought the item within the last 30 days

• The item is still in its original packaging

There are a few products you can’t return:

• Custom items or anything clearly personalized.

• Items that are mixed with others and can’t be separated.

• Items removed from original packaging or damaged in any way.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any products that don’t meet these conditions at our discretion.

Returning Goods

You’re responsible for the cost and risk of returning items to us. Please email us for a shipping adress.

We can’t take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return shipment, so we suggest using insured and trackable mail. We can't issue a refund without actually receiving the goods or proof of returned delivery.

Gifts:

If the items were marked as a gift when you bought them and sent straight to you, you’ll get a gift credit for the returned value. Once we receive the returned product, we’ll send you a gift certificate.

But, if the items weren’t labeled as a gift when you purchased them, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we’ll send the refund back to the gift giver.
